“As soon as I pulled up to the beautiful Balinese gates at Sweetwater, I exhaled, and my capacity to breath and be grateful only improved as the retreat went on. It is a sacred space and you can feel it as soon as you enter. I felt peaceful, calm, engaged, and seen. The wonderful yoga, cooking, and Ayurvedic lessons were balanced with downtime for reflection, and a lot of laughter, healing, growth and connection along the way. I highly recommend Sweetwater Retreat.”

“Sweetwater Retreat is a special place run by two amazing sisters who embody the aloha spirit. They understand hospitality, will make you feel nurtured, and ensure you’re well fed! Their hillside property provides spectacular, expansive views that allow you to soak in every moment—from foggy mornings to starry nights. Sweetwater also features several comfortable, communal spaces where you can build connections with fellow retreaters, but it’s also large enough that you can find a space for some alone time. By the time you leave, you’ll be rejuvenated and feel you’ve experienced something magical!”

“My experience of the Mountain Prana Retreat at Sweetwater was almost beyond words. The setting at Sweetwater Retreat is otherworldly. The property sits at the top of a ridge. Morning fog lays below with distant mountain tops poking through like islands above the mist. The lodge and grounds are earthy and inviting with several places to tuck away and enjoy nature.
The retreat itself was a delightful mix of yoga, Ayurvedic cooking and personal care and best of all – lots of wonderful women to connect with! So much joy and laughter! We need times like these to be in beauty and nature and with each other in new ways that connect us to the best of ourselves. Thank you Blair and Kila and thank you Sweetwater for all you gave us. I could have stayed several more days…and can’t wait for the next Retreat in the spiritual and magical presence deep within this property. Personally I felt a deep connection with the earth that I have great gratitude for during my recent visit to Sweetwater. The love and care that the Sweetwater family pours into this property is abundant and you are wrapped by the beauty from all directions”.
